At CHQ Auto Care, we’re committed to delivering top-quality auto detailing services that leave your vehicle looking its best. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind our work with the following policy:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, let us know within 24 hours of completion. We’ll happily redo the specific area(s) of concern at no additional cost, provided the vehicle hasn’t been significantly used or exposed to conditions (e.g., rain, dirt) that could alter the original work.

2. Service Failure: If we fail to perform a promised service (e.g., interior vacuuming or exterior waxing as outlined in your package), and it’s reported within 48 hours, we’ll either correct it free of charge or issue a partial refund proportional to the unperformed portion, at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Changes of mind after the service is completed.
- Issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions. (These may be noted on a pre-service inspection sheet, photos of pre-existing conditions, or conditions discussed with customers.
- Normal wear or environmental factors post-service.

Contact us at (716)640-7029 with your name, service date, and a brief explanation along with pictures should they be necessary. We'll respond as soon as possible to arrange the best solution for you.
